Most duct cleaners just clean ducts. I find out what is actually in your air first, mould, mycotoxins, whatever is really going on, then I clean the system properly. NADCA and IAQ certified. I answer the phone myself.

Testing tells you what's actually in the air before I recommend anything. I measure and report. I don't diagnose illness.
Moisture inside a duct system or behind a wall lets mould colonise where nobody can see it, and some species release mycotoxins into the air stream.
What testing shows: surface and air sampling identifies which species are present and at what concentration, indoors versus outdoors.
